Eichardt's Queenstown makes "Top Eight Forever Fabulous"

Eichardt's Private Hotel, in Queenstown, has been hailed alongside the Ritz of London as one of the world's best hotels by a British travel bible.

Wealthy women's magazine Tatler featured the historic boutique hotel for the first time in the "Top 8 Forever Fabulous" category of the Tatler Travel Guide 2012 this month.

Eichardt's Private Hotel general manager Chris McIntosh said in a statement he and his management team were "delighted to have won such a prestigious accolade from a magazine known for the high expectations of its loyal readership, as we continue to lead the luxury accommodation sector in New Zealand".

This accolade follows on from the  Times (London) recently naming the bar at Eichardt's one of the 'top ten bars in the world with a view'.
