Master the ‘tricks of the trade’ with cooking demonstrations and fun, hands-on sessions. Each day I will entertain you with captivating tales from my many years as the Executive Personal Assistant to Julia Child.

Influenced by Asia, Europe and the Middle East, New Zealand’s Pacific Rim cuisine has its own distinctive flavour and style. From gourmet dining to fresh fish and chips on the beach; from a Maori hangi cooked underground, to a traditional BBQ dinner with family and friends, there is something to suit all tastes.
